As a Virginia Medicaid-approved provider, we serve individuals enrolled in the Consumer-Directed Waiver programs (CCC Plus) helping them navigate services, hire and manage caregivers, and maintain the supports they need to live independently at home and in their communities.

   With over 18 years of hands-on experience, I, Stephanie Estes, am proud to bring a personalized approach to this vital work. Opening Onboard LLC has been a long-standing goal of mine—to create a space where clients receive one-on-one, consistent, and trustworthy service.
